5/17/21. It has been so wonderful seeing our clients back in the building and actually getting to have a face-to-face conversation with each other. It makes our hearts happy to see you all. Along those lines though we are not going to ease our mask restriction in the hospital at this point and we will still be limiting it to one client in the exam room with the patient due to the number of staff members in the exam rooms. We do not want to be too close for comfort 😀 We will continue to leave medications etc. in the medication mailbox outside for pick up in order to limit the foot traffic within the hospital as well as have clients still call when they arrive so that we do not have too many people in the front lobby at one time. This is still for your and our safety! We all look forward to the day we can safely return to our previous normal.

Weekday lunchtime emergencies:  If you are an established client and have a true emergency with your pet you may reach us at our lunch break at 410-422-4229.

PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR ONLINE PHARMACY TO HAVE MEDICATIONS AND FOOD, ETC DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME! SEE THE DROP DOWN MENU IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER!

We would like you to be aware of a policy change. We have had quite a few no-shows for appointments in spite of us calling the day before to confirm appointments.  So we are having to institute a new policy due to the fact that we have many clients that would like to have their pets be seen and we are even staying through many lunches to make that happen. We understand that things can happen and appointments can be missed once but reoccurrence of this is unfortunate for us and for other patients. Therefore if you have an appointment and do not show and do not call prior to your appointment then you will be charged an exam fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

For exotic pet emergencies please call Stahl Exotic Animal Veterinary Services in Fairfax, VA at (703) 281-3750 or Chadwell Animal Hospital in Abingdon, MD at (443) 512-8338.

We have three exam rooms, in house laboratory, ultrasound, surgery, dentistry and digital x-ray. We now also offer Companion Laser Therapy and acupuncture.

The office is situated on a large piece of property so there is plenty of room for walking your pets.

My dog is always nervous at the vet and wouldn't let her "old" vet touch her much... She warmed right up to Erin and her staff. So happy we found her!"
    Lisa L.
  • "Erin is amazing! And it warmed my heart to see how comfortable my pupper was with her. Best experience yet."
